*** BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ POLICIES *** A card must be put on file to book your choice of lash extensions followed by a $30 non refundable fee. This fee will go toward your total cost and is not refundable what so ever. (Non refundable meaning if you cancel your appointment the deposit will NOT be refunded. If you reach out to me and reschedule in the next 3 days the deposit will be transferred to the new booked appointment.) To avoid a 50% cancellation fee please cancel within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel the day before or the day of the 50% fee will apply. A “NO SHOW” will be charged 100% of the service and possibly no chance to rebook again. As my scheduled appointments are back to back I do allow a 5 min grace period before appointment is completely cancelled and would need to be rescheduled! NO extra guest or kids. Payment methods that are accepted > Cash, Zelle , Tap to pay debit/credit card with an additional $3 processing fee. *** Refund Policy*** No refunds will be issued for any reason on lash extensions , allergic reactions or any services provided. You are simply paying for your artist time and products used. There is a two day turn around if you are experiencing issues with your lash extensions after your appointment. If the issue can be resolved within the two days it will be no charge however if this matter is a result of not following aftercare instructions properly, a fill in charge may apply. Please remember to be on time with clean lashes and no eye make up. Each service gets a complimentary lash bath before each full set or fill in. Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to cancel your appointment within 48hrs to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. The 50% fee also applies for a NO SHOW. No shows could also result in being unable to book again with Selena.
